Roman Column MOLDING SILICONE RUBBER MOLDING INSTRUCTION:

• For products size (within 20cm), with details designs, soft silicone is suitable, such as 10-20 shore A.

• For products size (20cm-80cm), with intricate designs, 20-25 shore A is suitable. with simple designs, 25-30 shore A is suitable.

• For products size (80cm-150cm), with intricate designs, 25 shore A is suitable. with simple designs, 30-35 shore A is suitable.

• For products size (more than 150cm), with details designs, 25-28 shore a A is suitable. with simple designs, 35-40 shore A is suitable.

  
  

The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the silicone are listed in the following:

　　1. Curing agent 1% added, the silicone can still be operated within 50 minutes and can be demoulded after 6-8 hours.

　　2. Curing agent 2% added, the silicone can still be operated within 30 minutes and can be demoulded after 2-3 hours.

　　3. Curing agent 3% added, the silicone can still be operated within 20 minutes and can be demoulded after 1.5-2 hours.

　　4. Curing agent 4% added, the silicone can still be operated within 15 minutes and can be demoulded after 1 -1.5 hours.

Foam silicone rubber Application:

FOAM Silicone FM 101 is great for silicone foam products, such as gaskets, sheets, high temperature tubes for autoclaves, fire-stops, surfactants, filling materials, making foam filled applications, padding/seat cushioning, orthopedics and vibration dampening, etc.

Operation Method:
By pouring operation method. Pouring into a mold or over other surfaces.

• Mixing ration: 1:1 for easy mixing ration

• Fast curing and de-molding

• Foam coefficient is 3 to 5 times available

• No shrinking on curing

• Excellent resistance to weather, temperature, aging, acid and aging-proofing.

• High resistance to high temperature and aging (resist -60℃ to 250℃)
