Hard hand feel dipping silicone

Style: ZEW 815

Mix ratio: 10A:1B

 Dipping silicone Advantages

  1. Hard Hand Feel & Structure: It creates a dense, rigid cured film that offers a firm, tactile finish while still stretching with the substrate without cracking, which is perfect for parts needing shape stability and a distinct touch.

  2. Dipping Compatibility: Its high viscosity enables smooth dipping and even film build - up; multiple passes can be done to reach the desired thickness and rigidity.

  3. Durability: Resists washing (50+ cycles at 60°C), abrasion, UV rays, and extreme temperatures (- 50°C to 200°C), maintaining the hard feel long - term.

  4. Adhesion: Forms a strong bond with elastic fibers, rubber, PU, and mesh without a primer (use a promoter for difficult substrates).

  5. Customizability: You can adjust the film thickness (0.2–0.8 mm per pass) and pair it with matte/gloss additives to meet different tactile and aesthetic needs.

  6. Eco - friendliness: Platinum - cured, free of PVC, phthalates, and formaldehyde, in line with global environmental standards

Application

Applications (Dipping-Focused)

  1. Elastic Tapes & Ribbons: Dip for stiff, raised logos/tags on waistbands, bag straps, medical braces; rigidify edges to stop fraying; make anti-slip, wear-resistant strips on industrial tapes.

  2. Footwear: Coat shoe collars, tongue edges for structured support; create raised hard-touch logos, size/anti-counterfeiting marks on uppers/midsoles; dip small curved parts like eyelet surrounds for even firm finishes.
